Spinach-Salmon Quiche
You want to eat something healthy and tasty, but still budget friendly?
Et voilà! A fantastic recipe of a French classic: La Quiche!
The Favourite of the Navarro Family! Fresh. Rich. Creamy. Easy. Delicious. Great for freezing.
This is another variation of a Quiche recipe, different to the very classic french Quiche aka “Quiche Lorraine” but most likely going to become your favourite as well! ;)

Preparation Time Total: Approx. 65 min.
25 min preparing ; 35-40 min baking
Serves: 6 pieces
Ingredients:
For the dough:
250 gr of flour
125 gr of butter
2 egg
Pinch of salt
For the filling:
250 gr of Salmon filet
300 gr of spinach
200 gr of Ricotta
2 tsp of mustard
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
Directions:
To create the dough, mix the flour, butter, salt and eggs together until a whole mass is created.
Put the dough, formed as a ball in the fridge for 30min.
Preheat the oven on 160 degree (320 F).
First of all unfreeze the salmon for 10-15 min in hot water. Bring the spinach to boil while stirring from time to time.
When the salmon and spinach are ready, mix them with ricotta, mustard, spices and one egg in a Bowl. Taste and try to be satisfied.
Take the dough out and Roll the dough on the work surface until approx. 5 mm thick , then gently put it on the quiche-form leaving enough dough until the upper border of the form.
Put everything in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
