Clafoutis aux pommes et à la framboise
Let me introduce you to “Clafoutis” a french baked dessert from the region of Limousin.
It is made with fruits, most of the time with black cherries but you can do it with any kind of fruits you like..
I did it with apples and raspberries and it was very delicious.
A clafoutis dough is similar to a Crêpes dough, that is also why it bakes pretty long. You want to make sure to turn down the heat after 20-30 min because the clafoutis could otherwise burn.
This one is a family recipe, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and serve it to your loved ones.
Bon appétit!
