Snickers-Alike Frozen Treat

The Frozen Oatmeal-Peanut Butter-Espresso-Chocolate Snack. This delightful creation is a healthier twist on the classic frozen Snickers, delivering a burst of flavor and nutrition in every bite.
Topped with homegrown cornflowers and peanuts it’s not just delicious but also a feast for the eyes.
Ingredients:
150 g Oatmeal
130 g joghurt
50 g Agave syrup
25 g unsalted peanuts
25 g salted peanuts
100 g espresso
200 g dark chocolate
Topping:
30 g salted peanuts
Half a banana
Cornflowers (homegrown) or other edible flowers of your choice
Steps:
Start off by melting the chocolate in a bain marie until it’s completely melted.
Put oatmeal, yogurt and agave syrup in a blender and blend it until it’s one mass.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and fill in your oatmeal mix.
Wash the blender and use the blender a second time to mix the melted chocolate with salted and unsalted peanuts, peanut butter and espresso. Blend til smooth.
Pour your peanut butter-chocolate mix on top of the oatmeal mass.
Cut a banana in thin slices and chop up some salted peanuts. Use these for your topping.
Put in the freezer and freeze overnight.
Enjoy a slice the next day!
